Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the date you received the item or after a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

Refund Process

We will process your refund no later than 30 days after receiving the returned item. The refund will use the same payment method as your original order, and no fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

• The item is in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) or items with expired validity dates.

• Sealed health/hygiene products (if unsealed after delivery).

• Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. Ship the item to:

We are not liable for damaged or lost return shipments. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of return delivery or receipt of the item.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:
  You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after processing the return.

• If the item was not marked as a gift or the giver had it shipped to themselves first:
  The refund will be issued to the original purchaser (gift giver).
